What are credits? Credits pay for the actions Noveria does for you with AI or on the web: identifying a job's team (5 credits), finding an email (6), writing an email (3), writing a new project (15). Everything else is free: sorting jobs, searching, tracking your applications, your project. With the 500 credits of the Pro plan, you can for example find over 80 emails a month. You also earn credits by inviting your friends or playing in the Arcade. The price is shown on every button and nothing is spent without your click.
What happens if I cancel? You cancel in one click from your settings, no email to write and no reason to give. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then your account goes back to Free: your project, your tracker and your data stay yours.
Can I change plans? Yes, any time. Upgrading is immediate and prorated over the remaining days. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing date.

What is Noveria Intern?
Noveria Intern (noveria-intern.com) helps students find their internship: end-of-studies, gap year or summer internship. Does Noveria send emails on my behalf?
No, never. Noveria writes the draft, you read it over, you send it from your own inbox. Follow-ups are prepared and wait for your click; the tracker records the date.
Is my project real?
It's written from dated web research, and every figure has its source. A second model rereads the project and removes anything that isn't in your CV. If it's not in your background, it doesn't make it in.
What about work-study?
Same building blocks, with a “Work-study” filter in the jobs. The school space arrives in 2027.
Why does the free project expire after 7 days?
A hosted project costs money, and a project nobody visits anymore is no longer useful. You put it back online in one click, with or without a subscription.
Where is my data?
In Europe, with a daily backup. You can export or delete everything from your settings. The details are in the Privacy policy.
